1.Product Property

Wastewater decolorizer DT-01 belongs to cationic quaternary ammonium salt type macromolecule decolorizing flocculant. It is safe, non-toxic and has good hydrolytic stability. It can mix and coagulate anionic water-soluble substances such as pigments (especially the most difficult red wastewater) and interfacial active agents (such as refining agent and dyeing processing aids) dissolved in dye wastewater into insoluble water complexes, and then it can be removed from wastewater.

3.Application

 It is mainly used for decolorization of high chroma wastewater from dyestuff factories. It can be applied to the treatment of reactive, acidic and disperse dyestuff wastewater. It can also be used to treat industrial wastewater such as textile, pigments, ink, black liquor of paper making, oil field drilling and so on. The product should be used in conjunction with inorganic salt agglutination. The decolorization rate  is more than 95% and COD removal rate is between 50% and 70%. Long-term standing will be stratified, stirring uniform use, does not affect the effect.

4.Packing and storage

    The decolorizer is packed in 25kg plastic drum. Storage period is half a year at room temperature
